Carers SA is seeking a Manager Quality & Compliance to lead quality, safety, risk, and regulatory compliance across all services. Reporting to the Executive Manager People & Culture, you will develop and steward the governance framework, translating it into systems, policies, and procedures for a culture of continuous improvement.

You will bring senior experience in governance, robust knowledge of ASES, and a track record in audit, risk management, and incident handling.
