CSMSEC is seeking a Business Operations Consultant to optimise operational workflows across the business. You will work with the Senior Support Engineer and internal teams to understand current processes and implement improvements that enhance efficiency and customer service.
You will develop SOPs, help standardise procedures and engage with customers, installers and suppliers to resolve operational issues while gaining in-depth knowledge of our electronic security products and configurations.
