We're looking for a Data Centre Operations Supervisor to lead a great team and help ensure our critical infrastructure operates safely, reliably, and efficiently.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll support day-to-day operations, coordinate maintenance activities, manage contractors, and help solve problems when they arise. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in keeping things running behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

Leading, coaching, and supporting a team of technicians

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the data centre

Coordinating maintenance and contractor activities

Responding to operational issues and helping find solutions

Maintaining a safe and compliant working environment

Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Identifying opportunities to improve processes and performance

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a data centre, facilities, operations, or critical infrastructure environment

Experience leading or supervising a team

Strong problem-solving and organisational skills

A collaborative, team-first approach

The ability to stay calm under pressure and manage competing priorities

Great communication skills and a positive attitude
