Senior Project Manager – Salesforce

We are seeking a highly capable and motivated Project Manager to lead Salesforce‑led digital transformation projects, with exposure to SAP and Oracle initiatives. This role will see you managing project planning and execution, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and ensuring project outcomes align with client objectives, timelines, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Salesforce (primary) and SAP/Oracle (secondary) transformation projects.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocations.
- Translate business requirements into actionable project deliverables.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including developers, testers, and client stakeholders.
- Oversee project governance, financials, reporting, risk management, and contingency planning.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in delivery practices.
- Prepare and maintain documentation including solution designs, reconciliation, and executive reporting.
- Ensure visibility of progress, value‑add outcomes, risks, and blockers across all communications.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Mandatory





- Minimum 5 years of Salesforce implementation experience.
- Strong hands‑on experience using Jira, including setup, dashboards, and reporting.
- Proven commercial acumen—managing cost, pricing, profitability, and extensions.

Technical & Professional

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).
- In‑depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Experience delivering CX‑focused Salesforce projects—Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ/RCA.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and mitigate project risks.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Experience in digital transformation or enterprise‑scale projects within consulting or professional services environments.
- Experience contributing to business development, resource planning, and pricing.
