Participation Support Coordinators – Remote Australia Employment Service (RAES)

Multiple Positions Available – Full Training Provided

Laynhapuy Homelands Aboriginal Corporation (Laynha) is looking for organised, motivated and community-minded people to join our Remote Australia Employment Service (RAES) team.

This is a excellent prospect for people with strong administration, coordination and people skills who want to make a real difference in remote communities. Full training and support will be provided to successful candidates.

About Us

Laynha is a not-for-profit organisation supporting 30 homeland communities across East Arnhem Land for more than 40 years. We deliver essential services including healthcare, aged care, housing, community services, and land and sea management.

About the Program

RAES is a federally funded employment program delivered by Laynha across Arnhem Land. It supports local job seekers to build skills, overcome barriers, and move into meaningful employment through a flexible, community-led approach.

About the Role

As a Participation Support Coordinator, you will:

- Support participant registrations, intakes and assessments
- Develop participation plans tailored to individual goals
- Assist participants to engage in employment, training and other opportunities
- Maintain accurate records,



data entry and reporting
- Work closely with participants and community members
- Provide practical support to help participants achieve positive outcomes

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need direct industry experience; we’re looking for people with:

- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage records accurately
- A willingness to learn and support others
- A current Driver’s Licence
- A current Working with Children Check and National Police Check (or ability to obtain)

Experience working in remote or Indigenous communities is valued, but not essential.
