A major accounting and advisory group with multiple offices across Queensland and New South Wales is implementing a long-term succession strategy and seeking future Partners to support the continued growth of the business.

Backed by a profitable and well-established regional Head Office, the firm has built a solid reputation, loyal client base and successful track record across a diverse range of industries.

The Brisbane office, comprising approximately 20 staff, is a key strategic growth area for the group. As part of the firm's expansion plans, they are seeking an experienced public practice professional to help strengthen their presence in the Brisbane market and contribute to the next phase of growth.

The Role:

As a future Partner within the business, you will play a key role in developing the Brisbane office, managing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities and contributing to the firm's long-term success. You will work closely with the existing leadership team while benefiting from the resources, infrastructure and support of a larger multi-office organisation.

About You:

To be successful, you will possess:





- Extensive public practice accounting experience within a CA or CPA firm
- Experience at Director, Associate Director or Senior Manager level
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills
- Leadership experience and the ability to develop and mentor teams
- Commercial acumen and a genuine interest in progressing towards Partnership
- Existing Brisbane market connections, networks or business relationships will be highly regarded
