We’re looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our team — someone who values teamwork, growth and making a difference.

This Full Time permanent role is based in our Macquarie Park corporate office.

? About the Role

As a Payroll Administrator with us, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our team with administrative payroll processes using CHRIS21/iCHRIS.

? What You’ll Do

- Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system, including new hire setup
- Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity.
- Assigning and assisting with employee queries through a ticketing system
- Manage general administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records
- Assisting Payroll team with fortnightly pay runs

? What We’re Looking For

- Some understanding of payroll processes
- A friendly, customer-focused approach with strong communication skills.




- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experience using payroll systems is an added bonus but not essential.
