Short term role to meet student placement requirements as per Monash University’s Psychological Science in Practice Placement.
7.6 hours per day for 1 day per week (9:00am – 5:06pm) for 12 weeks.

Belonging Survey Review (1 student)
In this project, students will interpret and collate data from the Australian Red Cross Belonging Survey, with the aim of sharing meaning from data.
Youth Engagement
Research (2 students)
In this project, students will research what meaningful youth engagement looks like in practice. The research should draw on academic literature and investigate current practices and strategies across NGOs, the Red Cross Red Crescent Network, and other relevant sectors. Outputs of the research may include a written report, a presentation of findings, or practical tools and resources.
Reward &
- Recognition Research (2 students) In this project, students will research effective reward and recognition frameworks that are aligned with organisational values and behaviours. Outputs of the research may include a written report, a presentation of findings, or practical tools and resources.
Application requirements For this role you will be required to undertake a National Police Check, which will be organised through Red Cross. You will need to provide a recent copy of your CV The role will also require you to hold or apply for a Working With Children Check or Working With Vulnerable People Check depending on your State/Territory. Red Cross can assist you in applying for this check.
