: Fibrous Plasterer

Job Responsibilities:

- Fabricate and install various types of fibrous plaster products including cornices, ceiling panels, and decorative moldings.

- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine the layout and installation requirements.

- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, smoothing, and applying necessary treatments.

- Mix and apply appropriate plaster materials, ensuring consistency and quality in craftsmanship.

- Collaborate with construction teams, ensuring timelines are met and adhere to safety regulations.

- Conduct regular inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with industry standards.

- Provide guidance and supervision to junior plasterers as required.

Desired Experience:

- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in fibrous plastering or a related field.





- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality results.

- A proven track record of teamwork and collaboration in a construction environment.

Salary & Benefits:

- Competitive annual salary ranging from $74,000 to $90,000 AUD.
