Synergie is seeking skilled Powder Coaters to join our client's team in the Inner Northern Suburbs! Work with a well-established company. If you have experience in powder coating and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform powder coating on a variety of metal components
- Prepare surfaces for coating, including cleaning, sanding, and masking
- Apply powder coatings with precision and consistency
- Ensure high-quality finishes that meet company standards
- Operate and maintain powder coating equipment
- Monitor curing ovens to ensure proper coating adhesion
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Candidate Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Powder Coater (essential)
- Familiarity with powder coating equipment and processes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines

Shift Details:

- Day Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 2:30pm, Friday 6:00am - 12:00pm

Pay Rates & Benefits:

- Casual Pay Rate: Day Shift: $50 per hour,



negotiated depending on experience
