As a result, a newly created opportunity has arisen for an experienced Practice Manager to support the day-to-day operations and help drive operational efficiency across the practice.

The Role

- Act as Executive Assistant and trusted support to the Managing Director

- Assist with the day-to-day management and operations of the practice

- Drive process improvement initiatives and help streamline systems, workflows and procedures

- Coordinate and support both local and offshore team members to ensure efficient service delivery

- Assist with project management, reporting and business administration activities

- Support implementation of operational improvements and best-practice processes

- Liaise with advisers, support staff, clients and key stakeholders

- Help maintain a high-performing, client-focused and professional office environment

- Take ownership of administrative and operational functions, allowing the Director to focus on strategic growth

About You:





- Previous experience as a Practice Manager, Operations Manager, Executive Assistant or similar role within Financial Planning, Accounting or Professional Services

- Strong organisational and project coordination skills

- Experience supporting senior executives or business owners

- Ability to improve systems, processes and operational workflows

- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Proactive, solutions-focused and highly self-motivated

- Comfortable working independently while supporting a collaborative team culture
