Housekeeper / Family Assistant - Private Residence

The right candidate will have a strong work ethic, be exceptionally reliable and able to work efficiently in a high-standard residence. This position requires a self-motivated professional who understands the demands of supporting a busy executive and their family.

About The Role

Housekeeping & Laundry:

- Perform daily cleaning of the residence
- Maintain kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas to immaculate standards
- Make and maintain beds to a high standard
- Manage all household laundry, including washing, folding and ironing
- Wardrobe organisation and management
- Deep cleaning on rotation and seasonal detailing
- Take ownership of home organisation

Grocery Shopping & Stock Control:

- Maintain household inventory, ensuring all essential items are consistently stocked
- Undertake regular grocery shopping and restocking as required

Cooking & Meal Preparation:

- Assist with simple meal prep and cooking healthy family meals
- Strong understanding of hygiene for food preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of decks and patio areas
- Manage household bins, including collection and upkeep

About You





- Prior experience in private residences, superyachts or luxury five star hotels.
- An exceptional housekeeper with high presentation standards and attention to detail.
- Naturally organised, thrive on variety and genuinely enjoy being the person everyone relies on.
- Highly autonomous encompassing the ability to work independently without supervision.
- Organised and efficient as a natural systems thinker who loves structure, order and attention to detail.
- Capable of establishing transparent systems with checklists and routines to support your success.
- Skilled in laundry, ironing and garment care.
- Resilient, adaptable and calm under pressure.
- Trustworthy with absolute discretion and professionalism.
- Warm and comfortable working around a young family and children.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting groceries, laundry baskets and performing active tasks throughout the day.
