What you’ll do
- Own and grow a portfolio of high‑potential retail partners
- Drive sales through range expansion, promotions, and stronger distribution
- Execute the “Perfect Store” model – from planograms to displays and POS activation
- Build solid relationships with pharmacists, retail managers, and staff
- Capture and share competitor insights and on‑the‑ground opportunities
- Report on store‑level execution using Salesforce to keep us ahead of the game

About you
- 3+ years’ experience in sales or business development (retail, pharmacy, or FMCG helpful; experience is preferred)
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong relationship‑builder with a proactive, hands‑on approach
- Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Able to travel across your territory
