Base pay range

A$150,000.00/yr - A$170,000.00/yr

T+O+M Executive is working with a growing infrastructure business on a newly created Finance Manager role. This position will own the revenue accounting function, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and process efficiency. You will also lead and mentor a team of three Revenue Accountants, driving performance and continuous improvement.

Role highlights:

- Take ownership of the Revenue reporting function of a growing infrastructure business
- Excellent exposure to Senior Leaders, with 3 direct reports
- $150k to $170k plus Super

Key responsibilities:

- Revenue Reporting: Oversee revenue accounting for the group, providing monthly variance analysis and strategic insights as well as ensuring compliance with accounting standards (including Lease & Contract accounting)




- Team leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing Accounts Receivable & Revenue Accounting team, ensuring collaboration and efficiency
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline revenue operations, enhance controls, and drive automation while playing a key role in supporting an ERP implementation

About you:

- Proven experience in revenue accounting, lease/contract accounting, or financial reporting
- Previous experience in leading an Accounts Receivable team in a high-volume, complex environment (ideally in property development, utilities, or infrastructure)
- You must have full Australian work rights (citizenship or permanent residency) to be considered for this role
