About the role

Avida is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Production Systems Co-ordinator to support our production team and ensure the accuracy and performance of our manufacturing systems and data.

This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining production systems, supporting day-to-day operations, and working closely with engineering and production teams to keep everything running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing

- Support and maintain production systems, including task lists, schedules, and data
- Configure and update Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Assist production teams with troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues
- Work closely with Process Engineers on improvement projects
- Maintain and organise production documentation in SharePoint
- Develop and update work instructions and SOPs
- Support training of team leaders in system use




- Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement activities
- Ensure high standards of safety, accuracy, and housekeeping

What we’re looking for

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Clear communication and ability to work across teams
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred)
- Exposure to engineering or technical processes (advantageous)
