We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to join our growing caravan manufacturing team. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with strong industry knowledge and a passion for quality, efficiency, and team development.

About the Role

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production floor, ensuring all caravans are built to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. You will lead a team of trades and assembly staff while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities

- Lead, mentor, and support production staff

- Ensure build quality meets company and industry standards

- Monitor workflow, productivity, and deadlines

- Liaise with management, sales, and procurement teams

- Maintain workplace health and safety compliance

- Identify and implement process improvements

- Manage stock control and material usage

About You





- Proven experience in a supervisory role (caravan, RV, or similar manufacturing preferred)

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Solid understanding of caravan construction and components

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- High attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach

- Knowledge of WHS requirements
