- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional project teams to successfully deliver critical and complex ICT programs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to facilitate effective stakeholder coordination, collaboration and engagement.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business partners, cross-agency collaborations and service providers.
- Experience with/ and application of project management frameworks and methodologies such as Agile and Hybrid Agile.
- Ability to represent the team and branch in project governance meetings, providing transparent, up-to-date reports on projects status and risk implications to ensure successful project delivery.
