About You:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in residential construction
- Strong track record delivering mid to high‑rise developments
- Commercially astute with excellent stakeholder management
- A driven leader focused on programme, cost, and quality outcomes
- Motivated to grow with a business entering an exciting phase
