As the Project Officer, you will be responsible for the management of key projects, from project quotation through to project completion.

In this role you will:

- Lead project briefing sessions

- Manage project progress

- Develop project management plans

- Ensure projects meet deadlines

- Manage internal and external stakeholders

- Follow up and proactively communicate with National and Global customers

- Prepare and review contract documentation

- Oversee project documentation

- Participate in tender and bid processes such as tender response and management





- Manage project risk, reviews, and reports

- Secure growth opportunities within projects

Requirements

- Project officer experience within a Product/Sales workplace

- Experience with large, complex projects

- Experience with quoting and order management and pricing

- Problem-solving skills

- Interest in technical products

- Attention to detail

- Ability to handle complex enquiries

- Passion, agility, and an ability to think outside the box

- 3-5 years experience in a similar role
