We’re representing a highly regarded supplier of premium architectural products with a strong reputation across the high-end residential market.

The business is now expanding its presence in Brisbane and South East Queensland and is looking for an experienced architectural sales professional to build relationships, uncover projects and influence product specifications across the market.

This could suit an experienced Business Development Manager, Account Manager, Specification Manager or Architectural Sales Representative looking to work with a premium brand and quality product portfolio.

The Role:

You’ll work closely with architects, interior designers, builders and developers, identifying opportunities early and influencing product selection through the design and construction process.

Key responsibilities include:

- Develop and grow relationships across the Brisbane A&D; and building community.
- Identify new projects and business opportunities.
- Influence specifications across premium residential projects.
- Present products through client meetings, presentations and showroom consultations.
- Provide product and technical advice throughout the project lifecycle.
- Read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
- Manage your own territory,



pipeline and relationships with a high degree of autonomy.

About You:

We’re looking for someone who understands architectural sales and the premium residential market.

You may currently be working as a:

- Business Development Manager
- Account Manager
- Specification Manager

Experience across architectural hardware, lighting, tapware, flooring, façades, glazing, stone, joinery, surfaces, furniture, kitchens, bathrooms or other premium architectural products will be highly regarded.

You’ll ideally bring:

- Proven experience in architectural, construction, interior or design-led sales.
- Existing relationships with architects, designers or builders.
- A strong understanding of specification-driven sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Commercial drive and the ability to develop genuine long-term relationships.
- Confidence working autonomously and managing a territory.
