Saint Marie's is a well loved pizzeria & wine bar in perhaps the most beautiful town on the east coast, Brunswick Heads. We have an exciting opportunity for a General Manager to help shape & grow an established restaurant & team through its next phase of life. We are looking for a natural leader with a genuine love for hospitality, people & management. - passionate about managing & genuinely obsessed with all things hospitality - food, wine & beverages, busy venues, design, music, customer service.




- hands on; someone who is not afraid to and loves being amongst it & understands both business' from the ground up.

Responsibilities

- leading and developing our venue managers & teams
- creating & maintaining a positive & inclusive work culture
- overseeing day to day restaurant operations
- driving sales, profitability & financial performance
- managing labour, rostering, COGS & operational costs
- developing systems & processes that make what we do more efficient & easier to run
- maintaining exceptional standards in everything we do
- recruitment, onboarding, training & retention/development of staff & managers
- work closely with owner, chefs & managers to maintain quality, consistency, creativity & efficiency across all sections, as well as business development & new opportunities
