New Wave Care is growing, and we are urgently recruiting experienced Support Workers!

We are currently building multiple support teams across a range of participants and support needs, and we are looking for experienced Support Workers who are confident, compassionate, reliable and ready to make a genuine difference.

Our participants have a variety of individual needs. Some roles will involve complex care, manual handling and the use of specialised disability equipment, while others will require Support Workers who are experienced in supporting participants with behaviours.

We are looking for people with the skills, confidence and attitude to provide safe, consistent and quality support.

Experience with manual handling, hoist transfers, disability equipment and/or complex support is a BIG plus for our relevant roles, but don't let that stop you from applying! If you're passionate, eager to learn and ready to build your skills, we're happy to support you by covering the cost of the relevant training.



We want to help you grow, learn and feel confident in the work you do!

For participants requiring behaviour support, we are looking for Support Workers who are confident, patient and experienced in supporting people with behaviours and can follow behaviour support plans consistently.

To be considered for these roles, you will need:

- Previous experience in disability support, complex care, behaviour support or a related area
- Current First Aid & CPR
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Driver's license and reliable, fully insured vehicle
