- Lead technicians providing installation, repair, and fix services across dental market segments
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve the national service strategy
- Perform field service duties for customers while leading the team
- Manage customer issues, including escalation and resolution
- Manage spare parts inventory
- Enhance service delivery and contribute to the success of the organisation

Requirements
- Proven people leadership experience within a technical field service setting
- Ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams
- Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
- Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills

- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Pronto, or similar systems
- Restricted Electrical Licence (essential)
