Responsibilities

- Demonstrable experience in functional, regression and integration testing.
- Demonstrable experience in end-to-end testing across core SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Payroll modules.
- Experience in creating test plans/strategies, test cases and defect lifecycle control.
- Proficiency in Atlassian Jira for test management and reporting.
- Understanding of testing practices within agile environments.
- Experience working in an operational, agile software development team.

Key Skills Required (Must Have)

- Required skillset is in SuccessFactors but highly desirable to have UKG Workforce Management Pro skills.
- Desirable:



familiarity and/or experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining automated test cases in Microsoft Playwright, Tricentis Tosca or other relevant test automation tools (desirable).
- Nice-to-have: Prior experience in insurance domain (claims, policy, billing systems).

- Experience in designing and executing test plans, test cases, and defect lifecycle
- Experience in end-to-end testing across SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Payroll
- Agile setting experience
