About the Role

As a HVAC Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Overseeing air conditioning and mechanical services projects from inception to completion.
- Managing budgets, resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Coordinating with clients, contractors, engineers, and internal teams.
- Conducting detailed site take-offs and measures.
- Estimating, tendering, and managing procurement processes.
- Identifying project risks and implementing effective solutions.
- Providing technical expertise to the project team and sub-contractors.

What We're Looking For

- Experience in HVAC project management, including commercial installs, fit-outs, and refurbishments.
- Solid knowledge of HVAC systems (chilled water,



condenser water, DX, ventilation).
- A proactive and solutions-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ductwork installation, take-offs, and site measuring.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Experience in tendering and quoting in the HVAC field.
- Strong experience in the sheet metal field.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Well-organised and able to manage multiple projects.
