Blacktown City Council is seeking a Community Development Officer - Women to lead initiatives supporting women and gender‑diverse people from diverse backgrounds. You will identify community needs, build partnerships with local organisations and agencies, and develop programs that respond to priorities.

You will work with residents, groups and staff to turn ideas into practical outcomes, strengthening inclusion, cohesion and wellbeing for Blacktown’s 460k residents. Closing date 16 August 2026.
