The King Hotel Melbourne, a large licensed pub and hospitality venue in Melbourne’s CBD, is seeking a Senior Publican / Venue Manager to take full responsibility for daily operations, financial performance and staff management. You will oversee bar, bistro, functions, entertainment, TAB and compliance with liquor licensing, RSA, food safety and OH&S;, and work with suppliers and management to optimise profitability.
Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays is required.
