We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established property team, managing a diverse residential portfolio of 160+ properties.

This role is ideal for a Property Manager with a minimum of 2 years’ experience who enjoys working within a structured and supportive environment. With dedicated administration assistance and support for Saturday opens, you will have the resources available to effectively manage your portfolio and deliver exceptional service to clients.

THE ROLE

- Manage a residential portfolio of 160+ properties from end-to-end
- Oversee all aspects of property management including maintenance, inspections, leasing, compliance and tenancy matters
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Work collaboratively with administration support and Saturday open home assistance
- Use industry-leading systems including PME, IRE and Inspection Express
- Saturday attendance only when required during peak periods
- 1 day work-from-home




- Salary package of $75,000–$85,000 + Superannuation
- Phone, laptop and free car parking provided

ABOUT YOU

- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Residential Property Manager
- Proven ability to manage an end-to-end portfolio
- Strong knowledge of Victorian tenancy legislation and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks
- Professional, reliable and proactive approach to property management
- Experience with PME, IRE and Inspection Express preferred
