A well-established national Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking a Mid to Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its Brisbane office.

With a strong reputation across the healthcare, residential, education and commercial sectors, the business has built long-standing relationships with repeat clients and continues to secure a steady pipeline of high-quality projects. Role Overview

This role is suited to a Quantity Surveyor with 3+ years' consultancy experience looking to take the next step in their career.

You'll work across both pre-contract and post-contract services, supporting the delivery of projects from early cost planning through to final account. Experience across high-rise residential and/or healthcare projects will be highly regarded. You'll work closely with experienced senior professionals while taking ownership of your own projects and developing your client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost plans, estimates and feasibility studies across all project stages

- Undertake quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities
- Manage tender documentation, procurement and tender evaluations
- Complete cost reporting, forecasting and financial analysis
- Assess variations, progress claims and final accounts
- Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors throughout project delivery
- Identify commercial risks and provide value engineering recommendations
- Support the successful delivery of multiple projects across a range of sectors

Skills & Experience





• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline

- 3+ years' Quantity Surveying experience within a consultancy environment
- Experience across high-rise residential and/or healthcare projects
- Strong understanding of pre-contract and post-contract services
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- AIQS membership or working towards accreditation is highly regarded
