Job Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified Radiologist to join a healthcare team in Australia. The successful candidate will play a critical role in diagnosing and monitoring medical conditions through advanced imaging techniques. This position requires robust clinical expertise in diagnostic imaging, the ability to interpret complex imaging results, and collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support accurate diagnosis and effective patient care.

Key Responsibilities

- Interpret and analyze diagnostic imaging studies including CT scans, MRI scans, X-rays, and Ultrasound examinations.

- Provide accurate and timely diagnostic reports to referring physicians and healthcare teams.

- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary medical teams to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.

- Ensure compliance with radiology safety standards and radiation protection protocols.

- Participate in case discussions and provide expert clinical advice regarding imaging findings.

- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and imaging reports.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the radiology department.





- Support quality assurance processes and uphold high standards of diagnostic accuracy.

Qualifications

- FRANZCR (Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists) or equivalent specialist qualification in Diagnostic Radiology.

- Eligible for specialist registration with the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA).

- Completion of an accredited radiology specialist training program.

- Demonstrated expertise in diagnostic imaging interpretation across multiple modalities including CT, MRI, X-ray, and Ultrasound.

- Strong knowledge of radiology safety standards and radiation protection protocols.

- Excellent clinical judgment and diagnostic decision-making skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
