About the Opportunity

This entry level position is your chance to start a long term career underground with Redpath.

We’re looking for individuals who show initiative, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Our goal is to support your progression through the ranks — with the chance to develop into a Senior Driller.

Responsibilities

Roster & Work Environment

- 2 weeks on / 1 week off roster
- Rotating day and night shifts
- Physically demanding role working underground in small, close knit teams

You’ll receive hands on training across all aspects of raiseboring, including:

- Rod handling
- Drill rig maintenance
- Mobilisation and demobilisation of equipment to and from sites

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

- Must be based in or around Orange
- Current C Class Manual Driver’s Licence
- Current Working at Heights Certificate
- First Aid Certificate (within the last 3 years)
- Minimum 3 months’ experience in a labour-intensive role




- Ability to pass pre-employment medicals and drug & alcohol screening
- Ability and willingness to work underground
