Looking for a Recruitment Specialist (Intern) to join our human resources operations.
This is a excellent opportunity to not only be part of our HR team, and learn from the IT recruitment specialists to tap into both entry-level and mid-level talent primarily within Sydney and Melbourne
- Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
- Gain experience using ATS solution to create job-posts, and publish across multiple job-boards
- Support in screening of candidates, including review of applicants, and learning to do preliminary screening-calls
- Assist in identifying suitable roles with clients looking for candidates, and based on talent pipeline
- Assisting in positioning candidate with clients
Requirements
Ideally a total fresher looking to venture into recruitment industry.
