Publicly listed global express and parcel delivery group, operating one of the largest cross-border networks in the world alongside a strong e-commerce delivery business.

Reporting to the HR Director and working within a four-person HR team in Sydney, you sit at the intersection of people strategy and day to day operational delivery. You own employee relations and performance management nationally, partnering directly with business leaders across functions and sites.

The broader HR team carries engagement, talent and workforce planning, so your time goes on ER cases, the performance review cycle and Fair Work compliance, with some contribution to wider people initiatives as the business scales.

About the Opportunity

You own employee relations and performance management nationally, partnering directly with business leaders across functions and sites.

The broader HR team carries engagement, talent and workforce planning, so your time goes on ER cases, the performance review cycle and Fair Work compliance, with some contribution to wider people initiatives as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with leaders across functions and sites to provide proactive HR advice on people matters,



with a focus on commercial and compliant outcomes
- Own the end-to-end employee relations function nationally, including performance improvement processes, disciplinary matters, grievance handling and exits
- Own the national performance management cycle end to end, including probation reviews, mid-year and annual review cycles, calibration and reporting to leadership
- Maintain thorough documentation across all ER and performance cases and ensure full compliance with the Fair Work Act throughout
- Coach managers through structured performance conversations, including performance improvement plans, capability assessments and ongoing feedback
- Lead consultation and dispute resolution processes, intervening early to contain escalation and manage IR risk
- Keep HR policies and frameworks current and audit-ready, aligned with the Fair Work Act and applicable modern awards
- Contribute to broader HR initiatives including engagement, retention and workforce planning as the national operation grows

About You

- 3+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP, ER Specialist or similar role
- Strong understanding of HR practices and local labor laws
- Business acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in logistic, warehousing, manufacturing, retail, or construction industry is a plus

Language Skills

- Skilled English is mandatory
- Chinese skills are beneficial
