Key Responsibilities

- Lead the team to deliver best-in-class service and unforgettable guest experiences
- Be a hands-on leader during shifts, supporting the team and keeping things running smoothly
- Coach, develop and motivate Team Members while creating a positive and engaging workplace
- Take responsibility for opening, closing and shift operations
- Ensure our service, safety and operating standards are always on point
- Keep an eye on guest satisfaction and jump in wherever needed to make things right
- Support other areas of the business including training, recruitment, inventory, facilities and marketing
- Identify and report operational issues and help find solutions
- Work closely with the wider leadership team to keep the venue running at its best

Key Qualifications

- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
- Loves people and genuinely enjoys creating great guest experiences
- Has previous leadership or hospitality experience
- Is confident making decisions and taking charge of a shift
- Knows how to coach and motivate a team
- Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Physically fit to lift, bend and stand for long periods of time, manoeuvring up and down stairs
