Personal Assistant and Driver - Mandarin Speaking

An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Personal Assistant / Family Assistant & Driver to support a private principal and their family.

This is a hands‑on, relationship-based role suited to someone who is reliable, organised, discreet and comfortable providing both personal assistance and family driving support.

The role involves a mix of family transportation, personal errands, schedule coordination and general day-to-day assistance, helping ensure the family’s commitments and arrangements run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Provide safe, punctily and professional transportation for the family, including school runs, appointments, activities, shopping and other commitments.

Provide driving support for the principal and other family members as required.

Manage family vehicles, including servicing, maintenance, cleaning, registration and insurance.

Assist with personal errands, shopping, collections, deliveries, bookings and appointments.

Help coordinate personal and family schedules and day-to-day arrangements.

Assist with travel bookings, accommodation, transfers and itineraries when required.

Provide general personal and administrative support.

Handle changing priorities calmly and assist with practical matters as they arise.

Maintain a high level of privacy,



discretion and confidentiality at all times.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

Fluent Mandarin and English — Mandarin is essential.

Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Family Assistant, Private Driver, Chauffeur or in a similar role.

Experience supporting a private individual or family will be highly regarded.

A current Australian driver’s licence and strong driving record.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

A professional, well‑presented and courteous manner.

Excellent reliability and punctuality.

Valuable judgement and a strong understanding of privacy and confidentiality.

A practical, proactive approach and the ability to work independently.

Flexibility to accommodate changing family schedules and requirements, including occasional weekend work where required.

About the Role

This is a private, hands‑on position rather than a traditional corporate PA role.

The successful candidate will become an important part of the family’s day‑to‑day support and should take pride in being dependable, thoughtful and easy to work with.
