We're looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team, managing a quality portfolio of approximately 150 properties across Ascot and Mitchelton. This is more than a portfolio management role. It's an opportunity to take ownership of your clients, use your experience to make a real impact and be part of a team that genuinely values communication, accountability and continuous improvement. You'll have the autonomy to manage your portfolio while being backed by a strong internal support structure, modern systems and leaders who want to see you succeed.
Key responsibilities
- Managing robust landlord and tenant relationships
- Overseeing maintenance, compliance and day-to-day property operations
- Providing proactive communication and exceptional customer service
- Resolving issues and identifying solutions before they become problems
- Using your industry knowledge to support and mentor those around you
