Senior Dental Receptionist / Practice Manager

We are looking for an energetic, organised and confident Senior Dental Receptionist / Practice Manager to join our growing dental team.

This is not just a reception position. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and helping a busy dental practice run smoothly.

The role will be primarily based at our Liverpool clinic, with flexibility to work between Liverpool and Blacktown when required.

You will be involved in managing the front desk and appointment books, coordinating patients and treatment, supporting and guiding the reception team, following up patient enquiries and treatment plans, managing day-to-day workflow and helping us continually improve the patient experience.

- Confident communicating with patients both in person and over the phone
- Able to manage busy appointment books and changing priorities
- Commercially aware and comfortable following up enquiries and treatment plans
- Reliable, accountable and solution-focused
- Experienced in dental reception or dental practice management

Previous dental experience is strongly preferred. Experience with dental practice software and treatment coordination would be an advantage.
