Hastings Preschool and Long Day Care Centre – Port Macquarie NSW

Hastings Preschool is a community based, long day care service.We are looking for a motivated Early Childhood Diploma qualified Educator that is passionate about early childhood education.

About the Role and You:

This is a Part time role for a Diploma qualified educator. As we are a smaller Centre you will be given opportunities to work across age groups and develop relationships with all of our Children.



You will enjoy nature play and experimenting with materials; sharing interests with the children and value each child's learning path. Your assistance in the documentation of children's learning will be of high value to demonstrating learning outcomes.

Working with Children's Check.

Good documentation skills and always willing to learn.

Availability to work 8 hour shifts between the hours of 7:30am and 5:30pm.

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

Geccko Child Safe Training

First Aid & CPR

Strong understanding of Child Safe Practices

Relevant Child Protection Certification

Have a solid understanding of the Children's Services Regulations, Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

Experience in Early Learning and Programming
