The Opportunity

We invite confidential Expressions of Interest from established Partners, Special Counsels and Legal Teams and Senior Practitioners with a portable client base aligned to a national practice environment, a demonstrable and sustainable billing record, supporting admission at Salary or Equity Partner levels. Bring a team or bring yourself. There are financial entry points that need to be met at Salary and Equity levels and we are happy to discuss them with you.

These appointments form part of a broader national expansion phase and are being managed on a strictly confidential basis. No firm(s) identity will be release without us verifying particulars of applicants identity, which will also be kept confidential.

Remuneration & Structure





Compensation is highly competitive and typically ranges between:

$300,000 – $700,000+ (% of profits/ drawings), depending on experience, structure and practice profile.

Salary Partner and Equity pathways are available, subject to experience and strategic alignment.

Further particulars regarding financial earnings, profit participation, capital contribution (if applicable), and entry pathways will be discussed confidentially.
