Responsibilities
- Keep children safe and support families through their most vulnerable moments.
- Provide intensive wraparound support to families with multiple and complex needs.
- Develop and lead care team planning, risk assessments and creative, strengths‑based interventions to engage hard‑to‑reach families.

Your skills and experience
- Demonstrated understanding of theoretical approaches relevant to working with infants, children, young people and families, including the Best Interests Framework.
- Demonstrated ability to undertake risk assessments and plan and implement appropriate intervention strategies to engage families.
- A strengths‑based, child and family centred approach to case management, strong time management and communication skills.
- Degree qualification in Social Work, Psychology or a child and family welfare‑related discipline and a current driver’s licence.
