Read on to explore this exciting role and the fantastic perks waiting for you here. About the role Manage research finances including sponsor invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, study revenue and expenditure, and other clinical trial financial transactions.

Maintain accurate financial records and systems, ensuring data integrity and supporting financial reporting, forecasting and oversight. Support clinical trial financial administration, including budgets,



Clinical Trial Research Agreements (CTRAs), study milestones, contracted services and payroll processing. Build robust relationships with investigators, study teams, sponsors, vendors and Finance teams, providing accurate information and assisting with routine financial and operational queries.

Support the day-to-day operations of the Clinical Research Unit, contributing to process improvements and SOP development while ensuring compliance with organisational policies, contractual obligations and regulatory requirements. About you Relevant qualifications and-or experience in business administration, financial administration, clinical research administration, or a related field.

Strong financial administration skills, with experience managing invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and monitoring revenue and expenditure. Confident using financial and business systems, including Oracle or similar ERP systems, Microsoft Office and databases, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities, with the ability to coordinate end-to-end processes and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and adhere to organisational policies,
