They're now looking for a polished, detail oriented professional to join their Client Services team, someone who takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience and wants to build genuine expertise in a specialised industry.

The Opportunity

- Consistent business hours, 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday

The Role

- Conducting account opening procedures and thorough client due diligence to protect a trusted client base
- Managing client sales and purchases from end to end with precision and professionalism
- Overseeing account opening and closing to a consistently high standard
- Operating within established procedures and regulatory requirements, upholding integrity in every transaction




- Managing client and stakeholder communications via inbound and outbound calls
- Supporting high value transactions with care and attention to detail
- Maintaining a strong compliance focus in line with ethical business practice
- Contributing to broader projects for the Operations Manager as your capability grows

About You

- Up to two years' experience in a face to face client service environment, banking, retail, hospitality or branch based, with a dedicated record of delivering high quality outcomes
- A polished, professional manner and robust personal presentation
- A collaborative approach and genuine investment in team success
- A keen interest in finance and a desire to develop technical, industry specific expertise
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and written communication skills
- A proactive, solutions focused mindset and the maturity to handle responsibility
