- 5+ years demonstrated release management experience in a complex technical setting
- Working knowledge of the SDLC, DevOps and CI/CD, with proven experience of release management tools
- Ability to work under pressure and have the drive to continually improve and optimise release processes
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams up to task completion
