Melbourne Closing date: 23/08/2026 Long term career opportunity in a leading agribusiness Plan and coordinate commodity movements across domestic and export supply chains Located in St. Kilda, Melbourne About the role Bunge is seeking a proactive and organised Logistics Officer to join our Trade Logistics team based in Melbourne. Reporting to the Manager Logistics Queensland Victoria & New South Wales, you will play a key role in coordinating the efficient movement of grain across domestic, export and import supply chains. Working closely with traders, customers, bulk handlers, port terminals and transport providers, you will ensure orders are executed safely, cost-effectively and on time. Duties Coordinate grain movements via road and rail for domestic, export and import customers Source and negotiate freight providers to achieve cost-effective transport outcomes Monitor and manage the execution of customer orders, ensuring deliveries are completed on time and within contract terms Liaise with traders, carriers, bulk handlers and port terminals to coordinate stock movements and resolve operational issues Review stock availability and allocations to support efficient supply chain planning Process freight documentation, tickets, invoices and grain movements accurately and within required timeframes Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility legislation, company policies and safety requirements Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support to ensure efficient logistics operations About you Experience in logistics, supply chain, transport planning or a related field Relevant qualifications in logistics,
supply chain or a related discipline will be highly regarded Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities High attention to detail and commitment to accurate administration and record keeping Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team A customer-focused approach and commitment to delivering operational excellence About us Bunge connects farmers to consumers to deliver essential food, feed and fuel to the world.
