As a Lifestyle Assistant, you’ll provide person-centred support to participants with disabilities, mental health challenges, and complex behaviours. Every day is different as you help people build skills, increase independence, and engage with their community. Key responsibilities include: Personal care and daily living support Manual handling Community access and social participation Medication assistance Household tasks and meal preparation Building life skills and positive routines Emotional support and wellbeing Documentation and reporting About You To support the Participant’s cultural, communication and personal care needs, you will: Be a female support worker. Be fluent in English and Bassa,



or another local Liberian language. Have experience providing respectful and dignified personal care. Have practical experience with manual handling and the safe use of relevant equipment. Be compassionate, culturally responsive and committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support. Respect the Participant’s dignity, privacy, choices, cultural identity and preferences.
