Accessory Fitter – TJM Maroochydore

If you have experience in accessory fitting, automotive trades, panel work, fabrication, or auto electrical installations and take pride in delivering quality workmanship, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As an Accessory Fitter, you'll be responsible for fitting a wide range of premium aftermarket accessories to 4WDs, passenger vehicles, recreational vehicles, and trade fleets. Working in a modern workshop alongside a supportive team, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional results for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation of premium 4WD and automotive accessories including bull bars, suspension systems, canopies, tow bars, lighting, roof racks and more

- Delivering high-quality workmanship while meeting workshop deadlines

- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment

- Following workshop procedures and safety standards





- Conducting quality checks to ensure all work meets customer and manufacturer expectations

- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve workshop targets

About You

- Current manual driver's licence (essential)

- Experience in automotive accessory fitting, mechanical work, panel work, fabrication or auto electrical installations

- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

- Own tools preferred

- High attention to detail and pride in your work

- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
