Zambezi River Authority Original is recruiting a Dam Maintenance Civil Foreperson to oversee the Kariba Dam civils maintenance, construction, repairs and installations, and to supervise the Authority’s building assets.
You will lead maintenance teams, plan tasks, monitor costs, ensure safety, and prepare monthly reports for decision-makers. The role demands solid leadership, planning and communication skills and a hands-on approach to critical dam infrastructure.
