The Salvation Army is seeking a Veterans Case Manager for the Housing Pathways Program Prisons, based on-site in Sunshine, VIC. You will deliver person-centred case management to veterans experiencing homelessness and coordinate housing and support services across prison-related outreach.
Reporting to the Team Leader, this 12-month fixed-term full-time role requires engagement with prisons, communities and housing providers to secure protected housing and positive outcomes.
