Cochlear Limited (Australia) is seeking an experienced Employment Relations Specialist to shape ER/IR practices across our Australian operations. This fixed-term contract runs until July 2027 and focuses on wage compliance, award interpretation and governance.

You will lead ER/IR initiatives, advise on legislation, manage sensitive investigations and collaborate with unions and internal stakeholders to implement reforms.
