Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store
- Assist customers with their enquiries and provide product knowledge
- Introduce customers to the ‘Umart’ way and create a positive shopping experience




- Assist in receiving stock and locationing of pickup orders
- Help customers with click and collect pickup orders
- Offer warranty and general tech troubleshooting services to customers
- Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
- Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and developments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development
- Must be able to work on weekends

Requirements:

- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar customer service role
- Able to commit to an ongoing roster: 3-4 days a week at our Brisbane locations.
- Good understanding of computers and technology
- Ability to troubleshoot basic computer issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Good organizational and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

- Technical certification in computer hardware or related field
- Experience in retail eCommerce or computer parts and peripherals industry
